About Viktoria's Angels Kennel
We are proud to uphold the highest quality and health standards in our breeding program.
The parents undergo thorough genetic testing and regular health checks in collaboration with specialists. One of the greatest strengths of our kennel is our focus on neurological and social development, ensuring that our puppies maintain a very high standard both mentally and physically.
Here, people and dogs live together. We reside in the countryside on a large, securely fenced property tailored to our dogs' needs, including a dog playground, agility course, ball pit, sandbox, and dog pool. Our dogs are part of our everyday life; I am fortunate to be home full-time with them, dedicating all my time to their care. I also have an experienced assistant who helps stimulate and engage both our adult dogs and puppies on weekdays. Our puppies receive all the attention, love, and training they need for the best possible start in life.

I am a certified dog breeder
with a strong interest in genetics. My dream has always been to become a breeder, despite being allergic to most dog breeds. It is not just my job but my passion. My name is Viktoria, and I run this kennel with a deep passion for dogs. If you ask those who know me, most would probably describe me as dog-crazy. I have had a lifelong burning passion for dogs and everything related to them.
We are the second generation in our family devoted to dog breeding. Love for animals is an inherent trait for us, my sisters are studying to become veterinarians. I grew up with dogs, my mother has been breeding Bichon Havanese since 1995. She holds titles such as Best Breeder of the Year and Gold/Silver/Bronze Class Master Breeder from FCI Brussels. You could say that since I learned to walk, I have been present at whelpings, shows, and everything that comes with dog breeding. Thanks to the dog shows, my mother and I have traveled to nearly every European country. I am very grateful to her, as she has given me a knowledge base that takes many new breeders years to develop.
I breed both purebred Bichon Havanese and Havapoo. Havapoo is a cross between Bichon Havanese and Toy or Miniature Poodle; therefore, Viktoria’s Angels Kennel is not affiliated with SKK, as they do not support crossbreeding. We are members of DWKC (Dog World Kennel Club).
I have been breeding dogs since 2016. My love for Bichon Havanese has been with me for as long as I can remember, but Poodles and Miniature Schnauzers also hold a special place in my heart. My goal is to breed healthy, mentally stable, allergy-friendly, and happy companion dogs that become wonderful family members.
I adhere to the regulations of the Swedish Board of Agriculture and the County Administrative Board regarding breeding, rearing, and puppy delivery. We are approved by the County Administrative Board. We hold a permit under Section 16 of the Animal Welfare Act for operations with dogs. Viktoria’s Angels Kennel is registered as a sole proprietorship with F-tax certification.
Yes, I have many breeding dogs, and most of them live with loving and active foster families. At home, we have three wonderful spayed females and three males. Having multiple breeding dogs is a key factor in ensuring healthy and sustainable breeding. It gives me greater flexibility to quickly remove dogs from breeding if they do not meet the high health or mental standards we strive for.

The mental and physical well-being of my dogs is very important to me.
We have enough dogs to be able to use our own females and males in various combinations without the need for inbreeding and without having the house full of frustrated kennel dogs who are not getting the activity they need. I am eternally grateful to all my wonderful foster families who make this possible!
The mental and physical well-being of my dogs is very important to me. We ensure that all matings occur naturally and at the dogs’ own pace. We give them the opportunity, but if they are not interested, we never force them. If we notice that a female does not enjoy being a mother after her first litter, we do not plan any further litters with her. This naturally happens rarely, but it can occur. My first dog, Tingeling, was one such example; she had one litter of puppies and was much happier once they moved. Since then, she has lived a happy, spayed life on the sofa.
My goal is to breed dogs that feel well, dogs who love life, who are a little confident, and who are free from unnecessary fears. I want to breed dogs that bring great joy to the families they live with, dogs that, without too much effort, thrive as companion dogs and as their owner’s best friend in everyday life.
All my breeding dogs are health tested according to the breed's health program.
They undergo eye exams, patella, and heart checks by a veterinarian with specialist expertise. I also conduct additional tests, such as Wisdom or Embark DNA tests, screening for over 240 hereditary diseases as well as determining the DNA inbreeding coefficient (COI). DNA testing is an important tool to increase genetic diversity within the breed, improve health, and expand possibilities for precise breeding planning.
A theoretical COI is calculated from the pedigree based on mathematical probability, while Embark uses the entire genome to determine COI. Across the dog’s 38 autosomal chromosomes, the test searches for long blocks of markers that are identical, using them to calculate the inbreeding coefficient for each dog, which becomes a powerful tool in breeding planning.
The DNA test also indicates if your dog carries any mutations associated with genetic diseases.
We perform Mental Description on all our puppies at 7 weeks of age.
We are located in Emmaboda Kommun, EriksmĂĄla.

Collaboration with Massivus Angels Kennel
As I mentioned earlier, I work closely with my mother. While we have separate kennels and businesses, daily contact and mutual support are a natural part of our lives. Her kennel is called Massivus Angels Kennel. I’ve said it before, but I am truly grateful for everything she has given me when it comes to dog breeding. The immense experience and knowledge I’ve absorbed from her since birth are priceless.
Her first Havanais litter was born when I was just one month old. Since then, I’ve been involved in whelpings, dog shows across Europe, raising puppies, and everything else that comes with breeding. Without her guidance, I wouldn’t be able to breed at such a professional and skilled level.
Most breeders start from scratch, but thanks to her, I was able to approach my first litter years ago with confidence, preparation, and intention. I am endlessly thankful for all she has done for me, and I’ll never be able to put that gratitude into words. Without her, I wouldn’t be where I am today. From the moment I was born, I was handed both a profession and a dream job.
Thank you, Mom!
